Coolangatta is an iconic retro town on the beautiful Southern Gold Coast and we had the opportunity to bring back to life the 1970s old KFC beach shack on Mclean St for one week in June and we jumped at the chance! Booze and beers inside, vintage and retro stalls, some live Rock n Roll & Blues bands and gourmet food trucks out the back and you have yourself one amazing party!! The Cooly Hood will feature live bands after 6pm on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June. But the food trucks and vendors will be there from the 6th June all day everyday breaky, lunch and dinner.

Canungra community picnic THIS Saturday! Food Trucks, Vintage stalls, Art displays and Live music

The Design Collective is popping up in beautiful Canungra Saturday June 3rd at the Iconic DJ Smith Park in the heart of this historic town! Just a short drive from the Gold Coast Canungra is filled with amazing stores, cafes and picturesque scenery.
Bring a picnic blanket and relax under the trees & enjoy delicious gourmet street food, live music, designer and vintage stalls and kids fun!
This is an event to celebrate The Scenic Rims opening of “Open Studios” where local artists will line the streets of Canungra showcasing their work.  We are very excited to be involved with this event and look forward to seeing our loyal community in Canungra 11am-7pm this coming Saturday.
